Naloxone Kits and Training (through the Health Equity Alliance)

Free Naloxone kit (includes 2 doses) available to opioid users or their families.  To receive a kit you must make an appointment to pick them up in Bangor or Ellsworth and have a 15 minute training on the use of the product.
